Note on online participation

If you are participating online from outside of Germany and have a VAT number an invoice with reverse charge can be issued. This option is not available for credit card payment.

Cancellation policy (copy)

The conference fee minus administrative costs (8.62%) are refunded if the cancellation is notified to info@regatec.org before 31st of March 2025. After 31st of March 2025 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.

Rooms can be reserved at the Leonardo Hotel Weimar for:
– Single room at €85.00 per night including breakfast
– Double room at €115.00 per night, including breakfast.
